What you'll need
- Your phone
- Your Ringvance email and password
- On your phone, open the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android).
- Search for LeadConnector and install the app. It's free.
- Open the app and log in with the same email and password you use at app.ringvance.com.
- If you work on more than one account, use the account switcher inside the app to select your business. Most Ringvance customers only have the one account.
What you can do from the app
- Read and reply to texts, email, Facebook, and Instagram messages in your inbox.
- View and update your contacts.
- Move jobs through your pipeline.
- Get notified when a new message or lead comes in.
If it doesn't work
Can't log in on the app? Confirm you're using the exact same email and password as app.ringvance.com. If you recently reset your password on the web, use the new one.
Not getting notifications? Check your phone's notification settings for the app, and make sure notifications are enabled inside the app itself too.
