For salons, barbers and spas, $9/mo
Rebooking texts, Instagram DMs and calls you can't take mid-cut, all in one place.
Clients ask about openings in your DMs, text to move an appointment and call while your hands are full. Ringvance puts those messages in one inbox, next to a simple list of who still needs an answer, for $9 a month with no contract.
Founding price: your $9 rate is guaranteed for 24 months. Cancel anytime from your account.
No annual contract. Phone and texting are billed separately: an example small-business month with a business number and texting comes to $22.05 to $31.05, plus a one-time $22.50 texting registration. See the math.

Where your customer messages come from
If you run one of these businesses, this probably sounds familiar.
Instagram DMs
People see your work on Instagram and message to ask about a style, a price or your next opening.
Texts from regulars
Regulars text to rebook, say they're running late or ask if you can squeeze them in on Saturday.
Calls mid-appointment
You can't pick up with scissors or color in your hands, so calls wait until the chair is empty.
Facebook and email
Gift card questions, bridal party requests and the occasional email that's easy to lose.
With Ringvance, texts, email, Facebook and Instagram messages land in one inbox. Email, Facebook and Instagram work as soon as you connect them. Calls and texts need a business number ($2.50 a month) or your current line forwarded to it, and texting starts after carrier registration, which usually takes a few days.
What changes for salons, barbers and spas
Answer DMs and texts from one list
Instagram, Facebook, texts and email arrive in one inbox, so a new client's question doesn't sit unread in an app you didn't open today.
Know who still needs an answer
Put new inquiries in the pipeline and move them along to Booked, so price questions and bridal requests don't slip between clients.
Reply between appointments
Answer from the free LeadConnector app on your phone. Give each stylist or barber their own login instead of sharing yours.
Your pipeline
- New lead
- Contacted
- Quote sent
- Booked
- Won
- Lost
A price question from Instagram starts in New lead. Send a price for the bridal party and it moves to Quote sent. When they pick a time it's Booked, and once the appointment is done it's Won.
Every account comes with these six stages. How the pipeline works.
What a month really costs
Worked out from our published rates. The usage numbers are an example for a small business, not a real customer's bill. Yours will be higher or lower depending on how much you call and text. The example is for Inbox. Core ($97/mo, adds missed-call text-back, booking and automatic follow-up) and Pro ($297/mo, adds an AI receptionist and $30 of monthly usage credit) use the same usage rates.
No business number
$9.00/mo
Use the CRM and the inbox for email, Facebook and Instagram only. No phone number and no texting, so no carrier fees. Email sent from your account is $1.50 per 1,000 emails.
Example: business number and texting
$22.05 to $31.05/mo
Example volumes: 100 minutes of incoming calls, 50 minutes of outgoing calls, 300 text segments and 200 emails a month.
| Item | Cost |
|---|---|
| Inbox subscription | $9.00 |
| Local business number1 number at $2.50 per month | $2.50 |
| Incoming calls100 minutes at $0.025 per minute | $2.50 |
| Outgoing calls50 minutes at $0.035 per minute | $1.75 |
| Texts, sent and received300 segments at $0.015 per segment, sent or received | $4.50 |
| Emails sent from your account200 emails at $1.50 per 1,000 emails | $0.30 |
| Carrier texting campaign fee$1.50 to $10.50 per month, set by the carriers | $1.50 to $10.50 |
Plus a one-time $22.50 carrier registration in the first month, for most small businesses. Not counted above: the platform's 5% pass-through fee on carrier fees and the small per-text surcharges the carriers add. Usage comes out of a prepaid balance that you top up yourself. See every rate.
Core, $97/mo
14-day free trialWhen Core is worth it
Core is worth it when calls you can't take are costing you bookings. Inbox ($9 a month) is enough if you only need one inbox and a pipeline for salons, barbers and spas.
Missed-call text-back
Miss a call mid-appointment and the caller gets a text back automatically, so they can tell you what they need instead of calling the next salon.
Online booking calendar
Clients pick an open time from your online booking calendar. Already happy with a booking app? Keep it and stay on Inbox.
Review requests
Every finished client gets a review request, without you having to remember to ask.
Missed-call text-back sends texts, so it needs a business number ($2.50 a month) and carrier registration, which usually takes a few days. Texts are billed at the usage rates on the pricing page.

Questions salon and barbershop owners ask
- Q01Can clients book appointments through Ringvance?
- Not on Inbox, which has no booking calendar. Core ($97 a month) adds an online booking calendar. If you already use a booking app, keep it: Ringvance works next to it, with no integration between the two.
- Q02Will my salon's Instagram DMs show up in the inbox?
- Yes, once you connect Instagram during setup. Your Instagram account has to be linked to your Facebook Page first, and you need to be an admin on that Page. After that, new Instagram Direct messages land in the same inbox as your texts and email, and you can reply from Ringvance.
- Q03Can each stylist have their own login?
- Yes. You can add a teammate as a user with their own login, so they can answer messages and work the pipeline without sharing your password. The add-a-teammate help guide shows how.
- Q04What do I actually get for $9 a month?
- The CRM (contacts, notes and a pipeline, with unlimited contacts) and one inbox for texts, email, Facebook and Instagram conversations. You can also use the free LeadConnector mobile app on iOS and Android with your Ringvance login. Founding price: your $9 rate is guaranteed for 24 months. No annual contract, cancel anytime.
- Q05What costs extra?
- Usage is pay-as-you-go: a local business number is $2.50 a month, calls are $0.025 a minute inbound and $0.035 a minute outbound, texts are $0.015 per segment, and email is $1.50 per 1,000. Texting also needs a one-time carrier registration ($22.50 for most small businesses) plus a carrier campaign fee of $1.50 to $10.50 a month, passed through at the carrier's price. Usage comes out of a prepaid balance shown in your account. The full table is on the pricing page.
- Q06What will I really pay each month?
- If you only use email, Facebook and Instagram, with no business number, it is $9.00 a month plus email sent from your account at $1.50 per 1,000 emails. With a business number and texting, an example small business (100 minutes of incoming calls, 50 minutes of outgoing calls, 300 text segments and 200 emails a month) comes to $22.05 to $31.05 a month, depending on the carrier campaign fee, plus a one-time $22.50 texting registration in the first month. Those are example volumes worked out from our published rates, not a real customer's bill. The line-by-line math is on the pricing page.
- Q07Can I text customers right away?
- Not on day one. Email, Facebook and Instagram messages work as soon as you connect them. Sending texts needs carrier registration first (A2P 10DLC), which US carriers require of every business that texts through a platform. Approval usually takes a few days, so start it on your first day. The registration help guide walks you through it and lists the fees.
- Q08How fast can I start using it?
- Your account is created in about a minute after checkout. You connect your channels during setup: email, Facebook and Instagram each need you to sign in and authorize them. Texting needs carrier registration first, which usually takes a few days.
- Q09Is there a mobile app?
- Yes. Manage conversations from your phone with our companion mobile app, LeadConnector, free on iOS and Android. You sign in with your Ringvance login.
- Q10Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel from your account whenever you want. No annual contract, no calls to a retention team.
- Q11Can I export my data if I leave?
- Yes. You can export your contacts to a CSV file from your account. For a full data export (contacts and conversation history), email us and we deliver it within 2 business days.
- Q12Is there a setup fee?
- No setup fee from us. If you want to text customers, the carriers charge a one-time registration fee, passed through at their price.
- Q13Can I keep my current phone number?
- Yes. Customers keep calling the number they already know. To get those calls into Ringvance, you add a Ringvance business number ($2.50 a month from your usage balance) and set your current line to forward calls to it, either every call or only the ones you don't pick up. Call forwarding moves calls, not texts: texts sent to your current number keep arriving on that phone. If you only want email, Facebook and Instagram in Ringvance, you don't need a number at all.
- Q14Does it do scheduling, dispatch or invoicing?
- No. Inbox has no booking calendar and no invoicing. It covers your customer conversations and your pipeline of leads and deals. Keep the calendar, invoicing tool or paper you use today for scheduling and billing. Online booking is part of Core ($97 a month). No plan does dispatch or invoicing.
- Q15Does it work with the tools I already use?
- It works next to them, not inside them. There is no integration today. Ringvance holds your customer conversations and your pipeline; keep your calendar, invoicing or booking tool for scheduling and billing.
- Q16Can I upgrade later?
- Yes. Core ($97 a month) adds missed-call text-back, online booking and web forms, automatic follow-up on new inquiries and quotes, review requests and a built-in dashboard. Pro ($297 a month) adds an AI receptionist on top of Core. New customers can start on Core or Pro directly from the pricing page, each with a 14-day free trial. Already on Inbox? Upgrade inside your account, in Settings under Company Billing, so you keep the same account; a new checkout would open a second one.
- Q17How does the Pro usage credit work?
- Pro includes $30 of usage credit every month, about 250 AI receptionist minutes. The AI receptionist is $0.12 a minute after that. The phone number, call minutes, texts and email use the same published rates as Inbox.
- Q18Is there a free trial?
- Core and Pro come with a 14-day free trial. Inbox is $9 a month with no trial, and you can cancel anytime if it's not for you.
- Q19Who answers if I have a support question?
- Email hello@ringvance.com. We reply within 1 business day.
